About ten years ago I realized that I needed to get into better shape. For several months I would walk or bike several times a week, but I hadn’t made too much progress. Finally I decided to come back to the Adelaide Club after an absence of several years, and I ended up working with Mohamed. I must admit that I was a little apprehensive at first working with an elite athlete, but he is very patient with beginners and explains things well. He is a stickler for form and safety. I’ve been very fortunate to have more with my trainer. With a torn meniscus in my knee that was recommended to be operated on, I saw Dr. Lee at Adelaide health centre did a great rehab job and got the knee moving. He sent me down to mo at the Adelaide club. And most an amazing job strengthening not just my knee , but the whole body , starting spring of 2015. I was able to ski during the winter of 2016 which amazed me given where the knee was . Mo is so knowledgable on the body and how to train the body to get it to the point we want to have it I’m so grateful for all of his work and knowledge.
